[EN] Architectural education plays a fundamental role in achieving sustainable development by training future professionals who can contribute to sustainability through their practice. Nevertheless, to ensure the introduction of sustainable development in the education of future architects, it is fundamental to understand what is being done and what could be improved. La reproducción asistida y la filiación. Especial referencia al caso de las parejas de mujeres homosexuales

This paper analyses, in general, the evolution that has had the art. 7.3 LTRHA since its introduction by the Act 3/2007, 15 march. In that way, it shows which has been the legislator´s solution about the use of assisted reproduction tecniques by homosexual women couples. Likewise, it studies which resolutions on the matter have been more relevant in the last years. All this, to set out the legislator´s failure and the need to reformulate the filiation regime in face of the challenge that assisted reproduction implies.

The situation of the surrogate pregnancy in Spain demands action by our legislators and / or our public authorities. The reason is that the current legal system in which there is a ban of the surrogacy contract is not being attended. Abuso sexual, prostitución y dependencia afectiva en drogodependientes

El presente estudio examina la relación entre haber sido diagnosticado de dependencia a sustancias según el DSM-IV TR y algunos aspectos referentes a la sexualidad en 83 personas que han estado en tratamiento en Proyecto Hombre Burgos Fundación Candeal en estos últimos 19 años. A partir de las historias clínicas se recogieron los datos de los pacientes y se registraron en una ficha de observación preparada específicamente para el estudio. Objetivo: Analizar la evolución epidemiológica de la infección por el virus de la inmunodeficiencia humana (VIH) en mujeres y el papel que ha tenido la adicción a drogas vía parenteral (ADVP) en la incidencia de dicha infección.Materiales y método: Estudio retrospectivo transversal que comprende desde 1985 hasta diciembre de 2004. Los datos se han obtenido de la revisión de las Historias Clínicas y de los registros de la Unidad de Atención Farmacéutica a Pacientes Externos (UFPE).Resultados: Se han estudiado los casos de 75 mujeres infectadas por VIH y diagnosticadas entre 1985-2003. El estudio tiene como objetivo describir las características de la inversión publicitaria de la industria del tabaco en el período 1996-2004 en revistas femeninas y juveniles en Chile. Material y método: estudio descriptivo. Se recoge la información sobre inversión publicitaria de la principal empresa productora de tabaco en Chile (Chiletabacos S.A.) y se analiza mensualmente, según medio de comunicación, entre los años 1996 y 2004. En esta tesis doctoral se aborda el fenómeno de la pobreza desde una perspectiva sociológica. El impacto de la crisis financiera desatada en el año 2008 en la sociedad española, y en la valenciana, se expresó en el deterioro de las condiciones de vida en cada vez mayor número de hogares. Según el indicador AROPE en el año 2018, diez años después de iniciada la crisis, el 26% de la población en España se encontraba en riesgo de pobreza o exclusión social.
